Frog and Peach - Badia a Coltibuono Wine DinnerOn Friday, January 30, 2015, 7:00 p.m., the Frog and the Peach in New Brunswick, New Jersey, will host a very special wine dinner featuring the extraordinary vintages of Badia a Coltibuono, one of the great estates of Tuscany. Special guest of the evening will be Emanuela Stucchi Prinetti, proprietor of Badia a Coltibuono.

First Course: Roasted Spaghetti Squash, Lardo, Pignoli, Breadcrumbs, Dried Tomato Oil; Wine Pairing: Badia a Coltibuono Chianti Classico, 2010

Second Course: Grilled Sardines, Calabrian Chili, Cavolo Nero, Soy Crema; Wine Pairing: Badia a Coltibuono Cultus Boni, 2009

Third Course: Porcini Mushroom Pappardelle, Wild Boar Sugo, Shaved Broccoli, Roasted Peppers; Wine Pairing: Badia a Coltibuono Sangioveto Toscana, 2009

Main Course:  Roasted Loin of Veal, Smoked Chestnut & Mascarpone Purée, Brussels Sprouts, Vanilla Veal Jus; Wine Pairing: Badia a Coltibuono Chianti Classico Riserva, 2008
