Stage Left - Paul Hobbs Wine DinnerOn Thursday, January 29, 2015, winemaker Paul Hobbs will return to Stage Left in New Brunswick, New Jersey, for his annual wine tasting and dinner.

Mr. Hobbs is one of the most sought after winemakers on three continents; and Stage Left is the only venue where Mr. Hobbs does a dinner each year.

A comprehensive tasting will begin at 6:00 p.m. At 7:00 p.m., guests will sit down to dinner paired with an excellent selection of wines, including a preview of the first ever estate bottled Cabernet from Mr. Hobb’s own vineyard. The 2012 Coombs Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon will not be released anywhere until the fall, but participants will be previewing it at dinner. They will also be some of the first people anywhere ever to taste this wine and enjoy it with dinner. Guests will also have first dibs to pre-order.
