Nicholas in Main Dining RoomBeginning tomorrow, Tuesday, January 6, 2015, Restaurant Nicolas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will debut a special black truffle menu, which will be available through Friday, January 16.

Amuse: Chestnut, Butternut Squash, Black Truffle

First Course: Celery Root Bisque, Apple, Shaved Black Truffle

Second Course: Mushroom and Black Truffle Risotto

Third Course: Foie Gras Ravioli, Black Truffle, Brown Butter Sauce

Fourth Course: Braised Short Rib “Bourguignon,” Black Truffle

Fifth Course: Chocolate “Truffle”

The cost of the special black truffle menu is $135.00 per person (plus beverages, tax & gratuity); and, as noted above, will be available through Friday, January 6.
