Featured items include: Double smoked pastrami cured salmon with Johnny cakes, pickled fennel & red onion salad… Filet Rossini with sautéed Hudson Valley Foie Gras & black truffle sauce… and Crepe with Vanilla bean ice cream & chocolate sauce.
