Executive Chef/proprietor Chris Siversen has two seatings planned, with lush tasting menus that embody his nuanced, contemporary take on American cuisine.

5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Three-Course Prix Fixe

First Course (Choice of): Roasted Cauliflower Soup, Aged Gouda Crema, Walnut-Raisin Bruschetta… Spiced Red Kuri Squash-White Truffle Risotto… Crab Dumplings, Aromatic Sweet & Sour Broth… Chilled Lobster, Carrot-Orange Romesco Sauce… Foie Gras, Pain Perdu, Kumquat Compote
