Thanksgiving5On Thursday, November 27, Stage Left in New Brunswick, New Jersey, will be accepting reservations from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., serving a traditional Thanksgiving menu as well as their regular à la carte menu.

FIRST COURSE (Choice of) – Butternut Squash Soup: Chestnut Herb Salad; Endive & Arugula Salad: Blue Cheese, Candied Walnuts & Grapes; Roasted Beets: Goat Cheese Mousse, Toasted Pumpkinseeds, Lemon Vinaigrette; Seared Day Boat Scallops: Red Curry Sous Vide Pork Belly, Thai Basil-Infused Pineapple Garlic, Ginger, Red Curry Purée

MAIN COURSE (Choice of) – Local Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing: Sweet Potato Purée, Garlic Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes, Roasted Parsnips, Carrots & Brussels Sprouts, Cranberry Sauce with Orange Zest & Applejack; Butternut Squash Gnocchi: Lemon Thyme Brown Butter & Pecans, Roasted Parsnips, Carrots & Brussels Sprouts, Cranberry Sauce with Orange Zest & Applejack

DESSERT COURSE (Choice of) – Mixed Berry Gratin… Pear & Cranberry Bread Pudding… Cherry Compote & Dulce de Leche, Vanilla Ice Cream… Baked Caramel Apple Streusel… Molten Valrhona Chocolate Cake

The cost of the special Thanksgiving Day menu is $59.00 per person (plus beverages, tax & gratuity); children 12 and under pay their age. All dinner guests will also receive the fixings for a late night turkey sandwich to take home.
