Crystal Springs - ThanksgivingCrystal Springs Resort, 1 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, New Jersey, will celebrate Thanksgiving, November 27, with four dining options… from a family friendly buffet with live music to prix fixe menus at the Springs Bistro and Crystal Tavern to a heritage turkey dinner with all the fixings to go for those who prefer not to cook.

Grand Cascades Lodge will host a family friendly Thanksgiving buffet with live music from 11:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. in the Emerald Ballroom. Guests will enjoy shrimp & oysters at the seafood bar, charcuterie, salads, kale & chorizo soup, herb-roasted heritage turkey with sage stuffing and herbed pan gravy, herb-crusted Rifle Ranch leg of lamb, as well as all-American desserts like pumpkin pie & peach cobbler. Crystal Tavern will offer a 3-course prix fixe menu for $48.00 ($78.00 with optional wine pairing) from 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. The menu is noted below; an à la carte menu will also be available…

Springs Bistro will serve an Italian take on Thanksgiving with a 4-course menu for $55.00 ($85.00 with optional wine pairing) from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. The menu is noted below… An à la carte menu will also be available.

Turkey to Go ($195, serves 6-8) includes an herb-roasted heritage turkey accompanied by apple & sweet sausage stuffing, honey-poached cranberries, maple glazed sweet potato, roasted baby root vegetables with chestnuts & thyme, and mushroom gravy. Sides are also available and include whipped Yukon gold potatoes ($40), butternut squash bisque with faro ($20), organic greens with shaved carrots, radish & balsamic dressing ($60), oak lettuce with toasted walnuts and dried cherries ($30), and cauliflower gratin with ale-cheese sauce ($60). The Diamond Ballroom at sister property Minerals Hotel, 2 Chamonix Drive, Vernon, NJ, will celebrate Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 27, with a bountiful buffet including a Kids’ Corner with menu items specially designed for children.
