Thanksgiving4On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27 Chef Thomas Ciszak of Chakra Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey, will celebrate with a three-course multiple option menu filled with Thanksgiving classics and new culinary interpretations alike. Chef Ciszak will also send guests home with a free 8-inch pumpkin pie to enjoy the next day.

APPETIZER – Caesar Salad: Romaine Hearts, Lemon Confit, White Anchovies, Parmesan Crisp; Mesclun Greens: Fines Herbes, White Balsamic Vinaigrette; Roasted Red Beet Salad: Fennel, Navel Orange Vinaigrette, Grapefruit Sorbet; House-Cured Duck Breast: Roasted Pumpkin, Apples, Arugula, Pumpkin Seed Vinaigrette; Kabocha & Butternut Squash Soup: Cashews, Apples, Yuzu; Horseradish-Crusted Crab Cake ($5.00 Supplement): Snow Pea Shoots, Mustard Seed Vinaigrette
