On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27 Chef Thomas Ciszak of Chakra Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey, will celebrate with a three-course multiple option menu filled with Thanksgiving classics and new culinary interpretations alike. Chef Ciszak will also send guests home with a free 8-inch pumpkin pie to enjoy the next day.
