LIBATIONS – Granny Smith: Ketel One, Sake, Green Apple, Lemon, Mint; Apple Snap: Absolut, “Snap” Spirit, Local Cider, Lemon; Cider Toddy: Warm Cider, Laird’s Apple Brandy, Cranberry Bitters; Original Sin Hard Cider: New York; Melick’s Farm Apple Cider: Oldwick, New Jersey

STARTERS – Apple-Parsnip Bisque (Stayman): Apple, White Truffle Oil, Chive; Orchard Salad (Honeycrisp): Apple, Pear, Almond, Aged Gouda, Baby Mesclun, Cider Vinaigrette; Foie Gras Terrine (Gala): Cider Syrup, Apple Chips, Red Mustard Greens, Walnut Toast
