Rossi’s Bar and Grill, the landmark Italian restaurant and home of the famous “Rossiburger,” recently relocated to Hamilton Township, New Jersey, after 80 years in Trenton. The restaurant opened its doors at 2110 Whitehorse-Mercerville Road on July 10, 2014. Tomorrow, Thursday, August 21, Rossi’s Bar and Grill will celebrate its grand opening beginning at 3:00 p.m.
The Hamilton Township Mayor, Kelly Yaede, will be in attendance; and, later in the evening, customers will enjoy music and giveaways. The “Joe DiMaggio Corner” sign will be moved from the corner of Morris Avenue and Franklin Street to outside the new location to commemorate the great baseball player, Joe DiMaggio, who frequented the original location and was a good friend of co-owner Mike Rossi.
With the new partnership of Mike Rossi and Alan Meinster, owner of Marsilio’s Kitchen in Ewing, customers will be assured of receiving the excellent, casual, and affordable food tht has been Rossi’s trademark for generations.
Rossi’s Bar and Grill is open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. seven days a week. For more information, please call (609) 890-2004 or visit www.rossisbarandgrill.com.
