Ryland Inn - ExteriorOn Thursday, July 17, 7:00 p.m., the Ryland Inn, 115 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, will host a family style farm to fork dinner featuring wine pairings from Napa Valley’s Heitz Cellar Winery.

The menu and wine pairings are noted below…

Greenmarket-Inspired Hors d’Oeuvres: Grignolino Rosé, 2012; Sauvignon Blanc, 2012

Barnegat Light Fluke Crudo: Summer Melon, Ryland Inn Garden Herbs & Flowers; Wine Pairing: Chardonnay, 2012

Locally Picked Chanterelles: Prosciutto d’Parma, Local Hen’s Egg, Polenta; Wine Pairing: Zinfandel, 2010

Telicherry Crusted Tenderloin: “Potato Salad,” Radishes, Horseradish; Wine Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon, 2009

Valley Sheppard Cheese: Raspberries, Country Style Bread, Pistachio; Wine Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon, “Trailside Vineyard,” 2002
