On Wednesday evening, July 23, for one night only, Chef Nicholas Harary of Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, is flying in Nova Scotia lobsters that will have come out of the ocean less than 24 hours before. Five courses will showcase fresh lobster paired with locally sourced summer produce prepared with a Restaurant Nicholas twist.

Second Course: Lobster Bake; Wine Pairing: Benovia “Russian River” Chardonnay, 2012

Fourth Course: Lobster Macaroni & Cheese; Wine Pairing: Gevrey Chambertin, Alain Burget, 2009
Fifth Course: Lobster Tail; Wine Pairing: Moscato d’Asti, Elio Perrone, 2013
The cost of this special one-night-only lobster menu is $13.00 per person; $185 per person with wine pairings (plus tax & gratuity).
