On Thursday, June 12, 7:00 p.m., Chef Thomas Ciszak of Chakra Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey, will serve up an early option for Father’s Day: a four course dinner paired with single malt scotches and rum, all aged in sherry casks.
For the menu, Chef Ciszak has chosen dishes that play into the nuances of the spirits, while also using fatty meats to cut through the alcohol. During the dinner, Chakra will also raffle off a $300.00 humidor; and each guest will receive a hand-rolled cigar.
