On Thursday, May 29, 7:00 p.m., Poggio al Sole’s Kathrin Davaz and Nicholas Harary of restaurant Nicholas, Red Bank, New Jersey, will join forces to create a one-night-only menu that will blend bright, fresh seasonal ingredients with some of the finest Italian wines on the market.
The picturesque Poggio al Sole estate lies in the commune of Tavernelle Val di Pesa, in the heart of Chianti Classico. Organic farming and low yields creates wines with incredible power, dark, brooding colors, intense extraction of fruit & ripe tannins.
