On Thursday, May 22, 7:00 p.m., the Frog and the Peach in New Brunswick, New Jersey, will host a special wine dinner headlining the extraordinary vintages of Domaine Trimbach in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, France.
One of the most honored names in French winemaking, Jean & Pierre Trimbach are 12th generation wine growers in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, a family domaine since 1626. Across 12 generations, they have always produced wines that are structured, long-lived, fruity, elegant, and balanced: the celebrated Trimbach style.
Special guest of the evening will be Jean Trimbach, who will lead diners through these special wines, paired perfectly with Chef/Proprietor Bruce Lefebvre’s fabulous cuisine.
