Mother’s Day Dining at Crystal Springs Resort

Crystal Springs - Mother's Day Dessert DisplayCrystal Springs Resort, 1 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, New Jersey, will be celebrating Mother’s Day on Saturday, May 10, and Sunday, May 11, with dining options that are sure to please the most discerning Moms.

Restaurant Latour will be serving its decadent new Sunday brunch menu from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., which commences with a parade of freshly baked pastries, breads, and spreads for the table. Diners may choose either two or three courses from an array of inventive brunch and savory dishes. Fresh juices, house-made sodas, and ground to order certified organic coffees are all included. Petite Tasting (Two Courses): $55.00; Grand Tasting (Three Courses): $75.00.

The Emerald Ballroom will host a special Mother’s Day brunch from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Guests will enjoy live entertainment while indulging in a selection of house-made pastries and spreads; omelets, pancakes and French toast made to order; hot breakfast with eggs and sausages; seafood and cheese selections, smoked bone-in ham, and lamb from resort-owned Rifle Ranch in Colorado at the carving station; and an elaborate dessert display (photo). Adults, $44.00; children, $22.00; children under 4 are free.

Springs Bistro will serve a four-course menu priced at $55.00; $85.00 with wine pairing. Featured will be salt-crusted branzino with leek and wild mushroom ragout, and bone-in veal chop with white & green asparagus. The dishes will be paired with a selection of Italian wines from the Crystal Springs’ renowned wine cellar. An à la carte menu will also be available. Hours: May 10, 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; May 11, 12:00 noon – 8:00 p.m.

Crystal Tavern’s three-course menu will offer spring entrées such as the day boat halibut with sweet pea-mint sabayon and black summer truffle or grilled filet mignon with wild ramp risotto and roasted sunchokes. The menu is priced at $48.00; $78 with wine pairing. The à la carte menu will also be available. Hours: May 10, 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; May 11, 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
