APPETIZER (Choice of) – Spring Salad: Blue Moon Acres Greens, Lemon Vinaigrette; Arugula Salad: Farro Berry, Macerated Cherries, Baby Carrots, Roasted Cashew Dressing; Hearts of Romaine: Caesar Dressing, Parmesan Crostini, Lemon Drizzle; White Asparagus Soup: Watercress, House Smoked Whitefish; House-Made Buttermilk Ricotta: Apricot Conserve, Crostino, Herbs; Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail: Traditional Cocktail Sauce; Hand-Cut Steak Tartare: Green Peppercorn, Parmesan, Horseradish, Pickled Ramps, Crouton; Jumbo Lump Crab Cake ($4.00 Supplement): Mizuna, Pea Shoots, Horseradish, Honey Mustard Ranch Dressing
