On Easter Sunday, April 20, Agricola Eatery, Eleven Witherspoon Street, Princeton, New Jersey will be serving a special Sunday brunch, accepting reservations from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The regular dinner menu will be served from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
FIRST: Bakery Basket: Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins, Banana Bread, Mini Sticky Buns; Bowl of Fresh Fruit
SECOND (Choice of One): Brioche French Toast: Roasted Pears, Orange Butter, Ridge Valley Farm’s Maple Syrup, Chicken-Apple Sausage; Roasted Shibumi Farm Mushrooms: Castle Valley Mills Grits, Salsa Verde, Sunny Side Up Egg; Eggs Benedict: Poached Eggs, Porchetta, Baby Spinach, Herb Hollandaise, Roasted Market Vegetables; Elysian Fields Farm Leg of Lamb: Saffron Couscous, Toasted Almonds, Roasted Market Vegetables
ENDINGS (Choice of One): Lemon Meringue Pie: Lemon Curd, Vanilla Bean Shortbread, Toasted Meringue; Carrot Cake: Goat Cheese Buttercream, Whiskey Reduction, Candied Pecans; Raspberry Linzer Torte: Hazelnut Crust, Whipped Vanilla Mascarpone, Candied Lavender
The price of the special Easter brunch is $35.00 per adult; $15.00 per children’s portion for children 12 and under (plus tax & gratuity).
As noted above, on Easter Sunday, Agricola will also be serving their regular dinner menu from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
