On Sunday, May 11, Alba Vineyard, Village of Finesville, Milford, New Jersey, will host its annual Mother’s Day festival at New Jersey’s largest estate vineyard overlooking the scenic Musconetcong Valley.
Guests are invited to enjoy an afternoon with family and friends while treating mom to a special event filled with a wine tasting, cellar tour, lunch, and live music.
Admission is $10.00 for adults 21 years and over; $5.00 for ages 12 to 20; and children under 12 are free. Parking is complimentary and reservations are not required.
Wine tastings are $10.00 per person, which includes samples of the estate’s nationally award-winning wines and an etched Alba Vineyard wine glass.
Activities for the entire family include: wine tastings, food for purchase from Country Picnic and wood-fired pizza from Sanducci’s, local vendors and crafters, and children’s activities. Entertainment will be provided by the VooDUDES, a unique mix of jazz, rock, and zydeco.
By law, only Alba Vineyard’s wines may be consumed on the property. No beer or other alcohol is allowed on the premises. Guests are welcome to bring a lawn chair, blanket, or beach umbrella, No pets, canopies, or EZ-Up shelters are allowed.
One of the East Coast’s most award winning wineries, Alba Vineyard is nestled among the rolling hills of Warren Country, New Jersey. The winery and tasting room are housed in an 1805-converted stone barn, which features an impressive wood tasting bar, rustic stone walls, and old oak beams.
