On Wednesday, February 26, 7:00 p.m., restaurant Nicholas (www.restaurantnicholas.com) in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a special wine dinner highlighting the estate-grown wines of Stolpman Vineyards (www.stolpmanvineyards.com) of Santa Barbara, California.
Owner Peter Stolpman will pour his 100% estate-grown wines alongside a five-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Nicholas Harary and Chef de Cuisine Nicholas Wilkins.
