First Course (Choice of): Mattaki Oyster (3): Horseradish Mousse, Bacon Shallot Vinaigrette; Roasted Sweet Potato Bisque: Caramelized Shallot, Brown Sugar Crème
Intermezzo: Strawberry Balsamic Granita
Second Course (Choice of): Atlantic Salmon: Braised Mustard Greens, Wild Rice, Cider Honey; Veal Chop: Black Truffle Whipped Potatoes, Carrots & Parsnips, Cabernet Demi; Long Island Crescent Duck Breast: Morels, Sweet Potato Hash, Sour Mash Demi
Third Course: (Choice of): Double Fudge Brownie: White Chocolate Ganache, Black Cherry Ice Cream; Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée: Cinnamon Biscotti, Lavender Chantilly
