Valentine’s Day weekend will feature a host of celebrations at Crystal Springs Resort (http://www.crystalgolfresort.com/) in Hamburg, New Jersey, with luxurious prix fixe dinners, hotel dine & spa packages, and a unique Wine Cellar experience.

Restaurant Latour will serve an elegant four-course menu from Thursday, February 13 to Saturday, February 15…

Winter Vegetable Salad: Roasted Kabocha Purée, Baby Kale, Salt-Roasted Beets, Butternut Squash, Roasted Pear-Hazelnut Vinaigrette

Diver Scallop: Truffle-Crusted Scallop, Winter Celeriac Purée, Chervil-Potato “Window,” Black Truffle Demi-Glace

The cost of the four-course menu is $115.00 per person; $150.00 per person with wine pairings (plus tax & gratuity). The regular a la carte menu will also be available on 2/13 & 2/15, but not on Valentine’s Day 2/14.

 

Couples may also elect to have a rare dining experience in the renowned Wine Cellar’s Bordeaux Room on Friday, February 14, at 7:00 p.m. Surrounded by verticals of wine from the storied houses of Bordeaux, the centerpiece of Crystal Spring’s award-winning 135,000 bottle wine collection, guests will enjoy a four0-course menu created by Executive Chef Timothy Fischer.

The Resort’s Grand Cascades Lodge will also be offering a romantic dine & spa package for the weekend. Couples will enjoy a luxury room, couples Chardonnay Massage, dinner for two at Crystal Tavern, and a romance basked with bubble bath, bottle of Champagne, chocolate-dipped oranges, cinnamon-spiced pecans, and Turkish apricots, Rates start at $892.60.
