Italian Wine Dinner at Red Knot at Galloping Hill

On Tuesday, January 21, 6:00 p.m., Red Knot Restaurant at Galloping Hill Golf Course (http://www.gallopinghillgolfcourse.com/Restaurant-Overview), 3 Golf Drive, Kenilworth, New Jersey, will host a special dinner featuring the Italian wines imported by David Vincent Selections. Owner David Servello will be on hand to discuss the wines and the nuances that set them apart from other Italian vintages.

Executive Chef Ralph Romano will put together food pairings that are not only delicious on their own merit, but will also elevate the enjoyment of the food & wine pairing experience.

First Course: House-Cured Duck Prosciutto, Farro, Warm Winter Salad; Wine Pairing: Forteto della Luja Monferrato Rosso “Le Grive” 2010

Second Course: Crespelle Bolognese with Cep Mushrooms & Fresh Ricotta; Wine Pairing: Il Macchione Vino Noble di Montepulciano 2007

Main Course: Classic Osso Buco with Gremolata & Saffron Risotto; Wine Pairing: Bolsignano Brunello di Montalcino 2007

Dessert Course: Panna Cotta with Toasted Almond; Wine Pairing: Forteto della Luja Brachetto 2007
