On Tuesday, January 21, 6:00 p.m., Red Knot Restaurant at Galloping Hill Golf Course (http://www.gallopinghillgolfcourse.com/Restaurant-Overview), 3 Golf Drive, Kenilworth, New Jersey, will host a special dinner featuring the Italian wines imported by David Vincent Selections. Owner David Servello will be on hand to discuss the wines and the nuances that set them apart from other Italian vintages.
Executive Chef Ralph Romano will put together food pairings that are not only delicious on their own merit, but will also elevate the enjoyment of the food & wine pairing experience.
