Chef Sam Fertik and Aaron Nemani, owners of Orange & Olive Caterers (http://orangeandolivecaterers.com/), 398 Central Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey, recently announced the launch of “Cook & Dine” (Just add Wine), their first hands-on cooking classes in their state-of-the-art kitchen. Participants will learn how to cook like a pro, gaining new recipes and techniques.
In the first lesson, scheduled for Tuesday, January 28, 7:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., guests will create a beautiful four-course winter-themed dinner with Chef’s Sam’s guidance. Once dinner is completed, they will sit down and enjoy their culinary creations. The class and dinner are BYOB, so participants are encouraged to bring their own wine or beer.
The perfect timing of the class will allow participants to show off their new culinary skills for Valentine’s Day!
The price of the cooking class is $79.00 per person (plus 20% service charge). Space is available on a first come, first served basis. Registration is required. There is no age limit for this event.
