The Crystal Tavern will be serving an early five-course menu, seating times a 5:00 p.m. & 5:30 p.m. (later seating already sold out), featuring oxtail ravioli, beet-cured Arctic char, and lobster & filet mignon “Surf & Turf.” The cost of five-course menu is $95.00 per person.
You may also dance the night away at the Biosphere Party in the spectacular tropical Biosphere with a live DJ spinning dance hits from 9:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Guests will enjoy an open bar and hors d’oeuvres along with specialty cocktails from the ice bar. Watch the ball drop on the giant screen and toast the New Year with Champagne at midnight. The cost is $125.00 per person.
And for the gourmand, Restaurant Latour will be serving an early four-course dinner with seatings from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. The early menu is priced at $129.00 per person ($175.00 with wine pairing). At the 9:00 p.m. seating, Restaurant Latour will be serving a lavish seven-course dinner featuring foie gras, oysters, beef tenderloin, and lamb from resort-owned River Ranch in Colorado. The cost of the late seating is $155.00 per person ($270 with wine pairing).

In addition, on New Year’s Day, guests can enjoy a sumptuous brunch in the Emerald Ballroom with free-flowing Champagne and mimosas. The buffet will be stocked with farm fresh eggs, local sausages, fresh pastries, pancakes & waffles, carved meats, and more. Adults, $34.95; children 4-11, $18.00; children three and under, free. The brunch will be served from 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
