On New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, The Cuban Restaurant and Bar, 333 Washington Street, Hoboken, New Jersey, will offer guests three unique experiences to ring in 2014.
An à la carte New Year’s Eve Dinner will be served from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The meal will include such classic menu items as Barrigada de Cerdo, sherry-glazed pork belly, bacon fufu, black bean purée, and shaved apple salad; Ensalada de Remolacha y Cabra, beef and whipped goat cheese salad, orange, pickled red onion, glazed walnut, and Perdo Ximenex vinaigrette; and Bistec, grilled bone-in New York strip steak, papas bravas, Catalan spinach, and charred onions.
The New Year’s Eve Bar Package will include a four-hour premium open bar and passed tapas for $70.00 per person. The bar package will be offered from 10:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Delicious drinks such as the Mojito Cubano, made with Don Q Cristal Rum, mint, limes, sugar syrup, and sugarcane, and the Rosada Espumado, also known as Sparkling Rosé Sangria, will be available to guests throughout the celebration.
The all-inclusive New Year’s Eve Gala will include a three-course dinner, featuring The Cuban’s savory authentic Cuban cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Alexis Lahens, a Champagne toast and grapes at midnight. In addition, there will be a live DJ, a dance floor, and a premium open bar throughout the evening. The gala will be held from 9:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. and tickets are $125.00 per person.
