Executive Chef Ralph Romano of Red Knot Restaurant located in the Clubhouse of Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth, New Jersey, recently instituted appealing daily Blue Plate Specials. The cost is $14.00 per person, a great value and an ever-changing opportunity to sample hearty comfort food at its best.

Monday: Chicken Potpie

Tuesday: Beef Brisket with Grits & Red Cabbage

Wednesday: Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Corn

Thursday: Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes, Beets, Carrots, and Mushroom Gravy

Friday: Fish & Chips with Malted Vinegar

Saturday: Pasta & Gravy with Chef’s Choice of Pasta with Braciole, Meatballs, Italian Sausage

To perfectly complement the Blue Plate Specials, diners are encouraged to sample one of Beverage Director Richard Spaulding’s specialty seasonal cocktails.
