Third Course: Tasting of Naturally Raised Strip Steak: 1) Grass Fed, G & T Farm, Richfield Springs, New York; 2) Prime 50-Day Dry-Aged, Niman Ranch, Iowa; 3) Wagyu, Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan
