During the month of November, the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, will be offering several palate warming events.
Wednesday, November 6, 6:30 p.m.: The Inn’s monthly craft beer tasting will feature winter brews and will be held in the Tavern. This craft beer event will capture the essence of seasonal flavors with Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale, Chico, CA; Shiner Holiday Cheer, Shiner, TX; East Coast Winter Rental, Point Pleasant, NJ; and Innis & Gunn Scottish Porter from Scotland. This event is priced at $20.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity) and includes complimentary hors d’oeuvres. Reservations are recommended and participants are encouraged to stay for dinner following the event.
Wednesday, November 20, 6:30 p.m.: The Inn’s Cellar Club, a monthly wine education series (no membership required), will meet in the informal setting of the Library and will sample wines that will complement your Thanksgiving feast. Wines tasted will include Sabes d’Azure Ros, France; Trefethen Dry Riesling, Napa; Renwood Red Zinfandel, Amador County; and Montinore Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon. This event is geared to both novice and seasoned wine lovers and is priced at $25.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity) and reservations are required.
