Beginning yesterday, Tuesday, October 8, and continuing through Tuesday, October 15, the Gladstone Tavern, 273 Main Street, Gladstone, New Jersey, will be celebrating Farm Apple Week with a special menu highlighting the bounty of local apples.

FROM THE BAR: Granny Smith: Ketel One, Sake, Green Apple, Lemon, Mint; Apple Snap: Absolut, “Snap” Spirit, Local Cider, Lemon; Cider Toddy: Warm Cider, Laird’s Apple Brandy, Cranberry Bitters; Melick’s Farm Cider: Oldwick, New Jersey; Original Sin Hard Cider: New York

STARTERS: Harvest Bisque: Stayman Apple, Butternut Squash, Boiled Ham Hock, Grilled Scallion; Orchard Salad: Honey Crisp Apple, Pear, Roast Almond Aged Gouda, Celery, Baby Kale, Frisée, Cider Vinaigrette; Savory Apple Pie: Jonagold Apple, Country Ham, Aged Cheddar, Caramelized Onion, Pie Crust
