On Friday, October 25, 7:00 p.m., the Frog and the Peach, 29 Dennis Street, at Hiram Square, New Brunswick, New Jersey, will host a very special dinner in which courses will be paired with the extraordinary vintages of Long Shadows Vintners of Washington State’s Columbia Valley.
Established in 2003, Long Shadows Vintners is a partnership that brings seven of the world’s most celebrated winemakers to Washington State’s Columbia Valley. Each partner crafts a single, stand-alone wine using grapes for which he is best known. Long Shadows founder and Washing wine trailblazer Allen Shoup facilitates the collaboration. Produced at a state-of-the-art winery in Walla Walla, these seven distinct wines comprise the Long Shadows Vintners Collection.
