On Tuesday, October 8, 7:00 p.m., the Pluckemin Inn, Bedminster, New Jersey, will host a special dinner with courses paired with the extraordinary wines of Napa Valley’s Heitz Cellar Winery.

Amuse: Day Boat Scallop, Clams, Vadouvan, Cilantro, Tomato Vinaigrette; Wine Pairing: Heitz Sauvignon Blanc, 2012

First Course: Chatham Cod, Butternut Squash, Surryanno Ham, Crispy Sage; Wine Pairing: Heitz Chardonnay, 2012

Second Course: Griggstown Quail, Organic Polenta, Wild Mushroom, Parmesan, Walnut; Wine Pairing: Heitz Trailside, 2004/2006

Third Course: Niman Ranch Rib Eye, Grilled Parsnip, Wheat Berries, Taleggio, Savoy Cabbage; Wine Pairing: Heitz Martha’s Vineyard, 2004/2006

Cheese Course: Pleasant Ridge Reserve, Local Apple & Pear Chutney, Almonds, Clover Honey
