On Wednesday, September 25, at the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, Edible Jersey magazine and Brooklyn Brewery are hosting their quarterly carousal tasting event from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. This will be followed by a fabulous four-course Brooklyn Beer dinner at 7:00 p.m.
Guests can try Brooklyn’s latest beer, Cuvee La Boite, pick up the latest issue of Edible Jersey, and sample locally made snacks during the tasting portion. Other featured brews include Brooklyn Pilsner, Brooklyn Oktoberfest, and Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout. This tasting event is free of charge (it is not, I repeat, NOT priced at $25.00 per person, as was previously noted); the dinner is priced at $45.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity).
