On Wednesday, September 25, Chef Al Paris continues his “Culinary Heirlooms” collaborative dinner series by inviting Philadelphia restaurateur and activist Judy Wicks to join him for a four-course celebration of autumnal flavors at Heirloom American Cookery, 8705 Germantown Avenue in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, PA.
“I’m so excited to have Judy Wicks join me for this collaboration,” noted Chef Paris. “Judy was a trailblazer when she opened the White Dog Café in University City in 1983, and she has been a force to be reckoned with ever since. The menu for this dinner was inspired by Judy’s philosophy and values.”

Second Course: Green Meadow Farm Green Salad with Butternut Squash Confit; Organic Cranberry Vinaigrette
