Tres Sabores Vineyard-to-Table Wine Dinner at Agricola

On Friday, May 17th, beginning at 6:30 p.m., Agricola, 11 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, New Jersey, will host its first winemaker dinner to be held in its private Root Cellar dining room. Chef Josh Thomsen will host Tres Sabores’ owner/winemaker Julie Johnson for this event.

6:30 p.m. Reception: Meet the Winemaker; Wine Pairing: 2012 “Ingrid & Julia” Rosé, Rutherford & Calistoga, Napa Valley

Dinner 7:00 p.m.:

Cape May Sea Scallop: Shibumi Farms Lemon Oyster Mushrooms, Fava Leaves, Cauliflower Purée, Golden Raisins; Wine Pairing: 2010 Tres Sabores Savignon Blanc, Farnina Vineyard, Sonoma Mountain

Handmade Garganelli: Spicy Confit of Pork Shoulder, Ramps, Great Road Farm Kale; Wine Pairing: 2010 Tres Sabores Zinfandel, Rutherford Estate, Napa Valley

Spring Lamb Loin: Pea Salad, Toasted Almond Espuma, Breakfast Radish, Curry-Infused Oil; Wine Pairing: 2009 Tres Sabroes Cabernet Sauvignon “Perspective,” Rutherford Estate, Napa Valley

Strawberry-Rhubarb Semifreddo: Julie’s Pomegranate-Infused Balsamic Syrup, Honey Basil Tuile, Vanilla; Wine Pairing: 2010 Tres Sabores Petit Syrah, Guarino Vineyard, Calistoga, Napa Valley
