Appetizers (Choice of): Three Meadows Farm Baby Greens: Herbs, Verjus Vinaigrette; Bibb Lettuce Salad: Haricots Verts, Baby Carrots, Buttermilk Dressing; Fazzoletti Pasta: Asparagus, Burrata, Ramps, Egg Yolk, Arugula; Jonah Crab Salad: Radish, Jalapeño, Cucumber & Avocado Gazpacho; Garlic Shrimp: Leek Purée, Grilled Romaine, Chorizo Vinaigrette; Acquarello Risotto: Local Zucchini, Morels, Parmesan, Fines Herbes; Maccheroni: English Peas, Favas, Basil, Mint, Prosciutto Cream
