On Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12th, Chef Thomas Ciszak of Chakra Restaurant, Paramus, New Jersey, will be cooking some of his favorite dishes and offering a three-course dinner from 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The prix-fixe menu is priced at $54.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity) with a children’s à la carte also available.

FIRST COURSE (Choice of): Caesar Salad: Romaine Hearts, Lemon Confit, White Anchovies; Mesclun Greens: Fines Herbes, White  Balsamic Vinaigrette; Tuna Tartar: Tapioca, Coconut, Kaffir Lime; Lobster Provençal ($6.00 Supplement): Baby Arugula, Tomato Vinaigrette; Horseradish-Crusted Crab Cake ($6.00 Supplement): Snow Pea Shoots, Mustard Seed Vinaigrette; Fried Calamari: Crispy Cherry Peppers, Aioli, Sofrito; Lobster Bisque: Cognac Marinated Lobster, Tarragon Chantilly; House-Made Linguini: Spring Mushrooms, Truffled Broth, Parmesan Foam; Grilled Tofu: Bok Choy, Asparagus, Young Carrot-Coconut Broth
