On Tuesday, April 16th, from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., by popular demand, Chef Robert Ubhaus of Rob’s Bistro, 75 Main Street, Madison, New Jersey, is planning another exciting dinner with a cooking demonstration.
Mr. Ubhaus is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute. While living in Paris he also trained in small kitchens in the Latin Quarter and then moved to Italy where he acquired additional training in Perugia, one of Italy’s great food areas.

First Course: Brandade Croquette
Second Course: Thon a la Basquaise
Third Course: Creme Catalana
Guests are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with their dinner.
