Brunch Buffet: French toast with mixed berry & bananas Foster toppings; shrimp, bacon, and Chihuahua cheese quiche; fresh fruit salad and bacon, sausage; home-fried breakfast potatoes
Lunch Buffet: Tossed green salad with cilantro vinaigrette & ranch dressings; jalapeño potato salad; Southwestern tortellini salad
