The menu will include: Home-Made Country Bread with signature spreads (tzatziki, melitzanosalata, and hummus); Olives & Feta Cheese sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil and dried oregano; Toursi, pickled vegetables; Mom’s Filo Pies, both tyropita, or cheese pie, and spanakopita, spinach pie; Tiganites Piperies, pan-fried long peppers; a Seafood Board with a cast-iron pot of mussels, fried kalamari with harissa aioli, and grilled sardines with tomato-garlic stew; a choice of either Bakaliaros me Skorthalia, the classic salt cod and garlic sauce dish of Greece, either in the traditional way or as fritters, or Arni Kokinisto, a tomato-based stew over orzo; Loukoumades, beignets with honey-cinnamon drizzle, walnuts, merenda, and spiced banana; and Baklava, layered phyllo and walnuts with hone and fig ice cream.

The cost of the five course feast is $25.00 per person. An optional $25.00 wine flight or spirit pairing featuring Greek digestifs will also be available.
