Celebrating Easter at Catherine Lombardi & Stage Left

On Easter Sunday, March 31st, Catherine Lombardi and Stage Left, both in New Brunswick, New Jersey, will celebrate the season in two different ways, giving diners two delicious options…

At Catherine Lombardi, Easter will be celebrated the way the Pascal family always has, with a full dinner. There will be seatings for dinner from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.; and, in addition to the regular à la carte menu, the restaurant will be serving specials like spring vegetable minestrone, asparagus and ricotta ravioli, rack of lamb with mint and white beans, and, of course, Easter pie (aka pizza rustica; aka pizza gain). Downstairs, Stage Left will celebrate with Easter Brunch. It’s not a buffet (except for the awesome dessert table), rather, a lovely civilized à la carte 3-course brunch. Children are welcome. In fact, kids 12 and under pay their age. And there will be plenty of Champagne, Riesling, and Cabernet for the adults.
