On Wednesday, March 20th, 7:00 p.m., restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a special wine dinner highlighting the extraordinary vintages of Almondo Vineyards, one of Italy’s best kept secrets.
Located in the sandy hills of the Roero district on the left bank of the river Tanaro in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy, these vineyards produce uncommonly elegant, aromatic wines. Guests are invited to discover one of the great estates of Italy with Stefano Almondo, first son of winemaker Domenico Almondo.
Featured will be five of the winery’s new releases, each paired with a dish from restaurant Nicholas’ equally extraordinary kitchen…
