On Tuesday evening, March 26th, 7:00 p.m., the Pluckemin Inn, Bedminster, New Jersey, will host a magnificent Opus One paired wine dinner featuring rare library selections.
Opus One has been making history since the epic pairing of Baron Philippe de Rothschild and Robert Mondavi began making wine together more than thirty years ago. Guests at this wine dinner will have the opportunity to meet Michael Silacci, the current Opus One winemaker, who will share his unique insight into the tasting, wine making, and the history of this prestigious winery.

First Course: Scottish Salmon Confit, Avocado, Citrus, Almond, Watercress; Wine: 2010 Robert Mondavi Winery Fumé Blanc
Second Course: Veal Loin & Cheeks, Grilled Leeks, Mushroom, Castle Valley Grits, Taleggio; Wines: 2009 Opus One; 2005 Opus One
Third Course: Carolina Squab, Bread Pudding, Foie Gras, Black Currant, Onion Mostarda; Wines: 1995 Opus One; 1981 Opus one
