On Sunday evening, March 17th, the Crystal Tavern at Crystal Springs Resort, One Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, New Jersey, will serve a special St. Patrick’s dinner from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

This special menu noted below will be offered with beer pairings as a three-course prix fixe or à la carte

Course One: Sheep’s Milk Ricotta and Nettle Gnudi Dumplings, Beurre Noisette and Crispy Pork Rinds ($12.00); Brew Pairing: Samuel Adams “Alpine Springs,” Boston

Course Two (Choice of): Corned Beef & Cabbage, Baby Carrots, Potatoes, Irish Soda Bread, Murphy’s Irish Stout Caraway Mustard ($22.00); Brew Pairing: Rare VOS, Ommegang Brewery, Cooperstown, NY

Black Sausage ‘n’ Mash, Cornichons, House-Made Onion Rings ($18.00); Brew Pairing: Magic Hat #9, South Burlington, Vermont

Irish Lamb Stew, Our Own Lamb from Rifle Ranch in Colorado, Gremolata, English Peas, Turnip Mash, Cranberry Apple Relish ($26.00); Brew Pairing: Guinness, Guinness Brewery, Dublin, Ireland

Course Three: Mint Brownie Baked Alaska, Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Meringue, Chocolate Rum Sauce ($9.00); Brew Pairing: Mother’s Milk Stout, Keegan Ales, NY

The cost of the three-course St. Patrick’s Day prix fixe is $38.00 per person; $52.00 per person with beer pairings.
