On Wednesday, March 20th, 7:00 p.m., the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, One East Franklin Turnpike, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, will be hosting Guinness Beer Dinner in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.

Beer lovers will enjoy a unique pairing of delicious culinary dishes prepared by Executive Chef Andrew Rodriguez and flavorful Irish beers highlighted by the legendary classic Guinness Stout. Founded over two centuries ago, Guinness is considered the most successful beer brand worldwide, offering unique variations and flavors to temp any palate.

Drunken Irish Breakfast: Pork Belly, Local Farm Egg, Harp Vinaigrette, Charred Tomato; Brew: Harp Irish Lager

Duck Potpie:  Winter Root Vegetables, Blackberry Compote; Brew: Smithwick’s Irish Ale

Guinness Braised Short Ribs: Horseradish Whipped Potatoes, Guinness Dark Lager Caramelized Onions, Cheddar; Brew: Guinness Stout & Guinness Black Lager

Guinness Ice Cream: Pretzel Crunch, Chocolate Cake, Bailey’s Irish Cream Ganache; Brew: Guinness Stou
