On Wednesday, March 13th, for one night only, the Silverspoon, Eagle Village Shops, 503 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, Pennsylvania, will be serving a four-course menu featuring several of the wonderful artisanal cheeses being handcrafted in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

The Silverspoon sources nearly all of their milk, cream, eggs, and cheeses from independent Pennsylvania farms; and the unique terroir of Southeastern Pennsylvania yields the rich and flavorful bounty that allows Executive Chef Time Courtney to create the sumptuous menu for this artisanal cheese dinner.

First Course: Kennet Square Mushroom Bisque, Petite Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Young Swiss, Truffled Duxelle, Baby Arugula (Green Meadow Farm, Lancaster Country, PA)

Second Course: Goat Cheese Gnocchi, Beauregard Sweet Potato Purée, Fried Brussels Sprouts, Madras Curry Butter (Shellbark Hollow Farms Sharp No.1 Chèvre, West Chester, PA)

Third Course: Grilled Prime Reserve Pork Chop, Stone Ground Anson Mills Polenta, Braised Escarole, Port Wine Shallot & Blue Cheese Compound Butter (Keswick Creamery Moo Blue, Newburg, PA)

Fourth Course: Vanilla-Spiced Cheese Doughnuts, Mexican Hot Chocolate (House-Made Sweetened Ricotta Cheese from Organic Lancaster County Raw Milk)

The special four-course artisanal cheese dinner will be served for one night only, Wednesday, March 13th (the restaurant’s full à la carte menu will also be available). The cost is $40.00 per person.
