On Tuesday, February 26th, 7:00 p.m. restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a special five course wine dinner featuring the extraordinary vintages of Stolpman Vineyards.
Owner Peter Stolpman will be on hand for this special event to celebrate his estate-grown wines crafted on the limestone hills of Santa Barbara, California.

Second Course: Day Boat Sea Scallop, Granny Smith Apple, Honeycomb, Bergamot Buttermilk; Wine: Roussanne L’avion, Santa Ynez Valley, 2010

The cost of the five course Stolpman Vineyards wine dinner is $95.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Wines served during the dinner will also be available for purchase.
