First Course (Choice of): Oysters Rockefeller: Applewood Bacon, Creamy Spinach, Gruyère; Bay Scallop Ceviche: Truffle Salsa Verde, Crispy Shallot, Candied Orange, Cilantro; Vanilla Poached Lobster Salad: Shaved Winter Melon, Bitter Greens, Micro Basil, Yuzu Vinaigrette
Second Course (Choice of): Parmesan Gnocchi: Prosciutto, Cippolini Onion, Lemon Zest; Maple-Orange Carrot Soup: Citrus Crème Fraiche, Ginger Oil; Wild Mushroom Risotto: Black Truffle, Shaved Gruyère
Third Course (Choice of): Espresso-Cured Duck Breast: Glazed Baby Carrots, Cippolini Onion Marmalade, Smoked Shallot Jus; Filet of Beef: Sweet Potato Gratin, Pearl Onion Agro Dulce; Cornish Game Hen En Croute: Mushroom Duxelle, Truffle Potato, Natural Jus; Day Boat Swordfish: Eggplant Caponata, Cauliflower Purée, Hazelnut Beurre
