On Friday, February 8, 7:00 p.m., the Frog and the Peach in New Brunswick, New Jersey, will host a special wine dinner featuring “Hidden Gems of France.” Wines from the Savoie Mountains & Saumur in the Loire and Bandol & Roussillon on the Mediterranean will be paired with chef/proprietor Bruce Lefebvre’s innovative cuisine.
