This coming Thursday, January 10th, restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will debut its annual eagerly anticipated black truffle menu, which will continue to tempt diners until fresh truffles are no longer available.

Amuse: Black Truffle & Foie Gras Macaroon

First Course: Wild Mushroom, Celery Root Purée, Coconut & Black Truffle

Second Course: Black Truffle Dashi, Tokyo Turnip, Red Wine

Third Course: Duck Egg, Parmigiano Reggiano, Tagliatelle, Black Truffle

Fourth Course: Duck Confit & Black Truffle Potpie

Dessert Course: Strawberry, Black Truffle, Sabayon
